How interested is this girl in hooking up/being in a relationship with me? What Should I do?
I have known this girl for a while (since middle school) we are 23 now. We hadn’t been in touch since we went to different colleges but have resumed contact. We hung out a few months ago and there was a lot of sexual tension but she had a boyfriend at the time. We have been busy since. I heard she broke up with her BF.
After not talkign to her in a month or so, I called her saying “I am going to be hanging out with my friend at 4; I’ll be at this lounge at 6; it is a cool hookah bar that I have been wanting to check out; you can come” so meet me at 6.I didn’t want to “ask” as that gives her the chance to think about it and possibly say no (girls can be random even if they want to meet you).
She texts me at 6:14 saying “i am havin dinner with my roommate so I am sorry I can’t tonight; maybe we can hang out soon”
I felt bad at putting her on the spot and thought my approach was bad so i sent her a facebook message saying:

I’m headin to Israel w/fam in Jan; i might head to India after. I’d thought it’d be nice to hang out w/you before I leave and since it’s been a while. My bad if I put u on the spot; i’ve been doin time consuming stuff over the last few months and had just found out I was free.
We are checkin into this spa at the dead sea; it is great for the skin… and other israel sites, seeing my mom’s work, fam time…
India is gonna be a mix of work, play, golf tennis on grass/red clay at this club of which I am a member, and some fun weddings. and of course the “high life” treatment, i get there, hahah. I’ll wanna tell u more; you’ll find it cool.
Anyway tomorrow evening/night I am open to meeting up? otherwise what’s ur sched like goin forward?

Israel sounds like its gonna be a great trip. I have always wanted to go there and india too of course. I am actually insanely busy over these next couple of weeks becuase my family is in town from Florida and Australia so we have a lot of family events planned up until the new year. Hopefully i can find some time to sneak away but if not well just have to hang out when you get back. Talk to you soon!
